Comments
This is a very difficult record. There are a number of definite ischemic episodes which are associated with increases in heart rate. Some of the lower amplitude episodes are ambiguous (ischemia vs. rate-related ST changes). Most of those that had a characteristic temporal course and that showed a slight amount of ST flattening were labeled as ischemic episodes. There were definitely a couple of long episodes that were rate-related. Electrode locations were not recorded.
