There is an ischemic episode in lead 1 at 22:22:30
which is corrupted with noise. This patient demonstrated
a few ischemic episodes, manifested by ST depression
in both leads. The changes were minimal, and in some
cases the associated heart rate increases introduced
        severe noise.
